Battenhall has always pioneered new ways of working, applied a deep focus to social and digital communications, and sought to build a team of specialists – and this year is no different. In 2021, we’re doubling down on that commitment and we’re currently on the lookout for social consultants at all levels, with skills and expertise in specific areas.
One of the new roles is focused on further developing Battenhall's work in the burgeoning social network, Clubhouse. As such we have an exciting new opening for a Senior Clubhouse Executive to join our fast-growing team.
As Senior Clubhouse Executive, you will work as a core member of the Battenhall client consulting team, focusing on strategy, planning and delivery of Clubhouse-specific productions. This will involve ongoing client communications and consultancy around the Clubhouse platform, and assisting the Battenhall team in its own Clubhouse strategy and content. You will be involved in Clubhouse campaigns, and use data and insights to brief clients on the opportunities for brands and individuals on the platform.
If you’re reading this, you’ve probably heard of Clubhouse already – perhaps you’ve seen Battenhall’s team members in conversations, clubs and events on Clubhouse. If you’re considering applying for the role, you will have extensive experience of it already, along with some fantastic ideas for how to harness its potential for businesses and creators.
For those of you who are newer to the game, however, Clubhouse is the app that describes itself as a new type of social product based on voice. It enables people everywhere to talk, tell stories, develop ideas, deepen friendships, and meet interesting new people around the world.
The right candidate
You will likely have 2-5 years of digital or social media consultancy experience, be familiar with working in a fast-paced agency environment, and have a passion for innovations in social media – particularly audio networks and media platforms.
You will enjoy working as part of a fast-growing team, have an attention to detail in both written and multimedia work, and an ability to switch between different subjects and client work quickly. You will be someone who strives to be the best at what you do.
Alongside your main focus of Clubhouse, you will also have the opportunity to work directly with colleagues and clients on a range of other media, digital and social media projects.
Ideally, you will be based in the UK, where our global headquarters is located, as we envisage part of this role requiring work from our office in the future. We do, however, operate a Total Flexible Working model, so applicants from all locations will be considered.
The package for this role includes all our usual perks, including 20% time, flexi-time, a technology allowance, and bonus package.
